I want to open a Reddy shop. How do I get started?

Opening a shop is very straight-forward. Start by clicking here and follow the instructions.

What products can I sell in my shop?

You can currently sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, posters, mugs, etc. We are adding new products to the selection constantly.

Do I need to own a company to open a Reddy shop?

No, you don't. We are happy to work with companies, private individuals, school classes, kindergartens, parents' unions, sports clubs, or anyone else who wants to sell products and support themselves.

How much does it cost to open a Reddy shop?

There is no set-up fee to start using Reddy. You don't pay us anything, but rather we pay you each month for the products you have sold.

How does Reddy work?

Reddy offers a platform where you can start your own shop and sell printed goods to anyone anywhere in the world. Here is the whole story in a few bullet points:

What payment methods Reddy offers?

Customers can pay using Visa and MasterCard credit, debit and electron cards. We also offer local payment options in some countries.

How do I get paid for my sales?

Reddy makes payments to merchants either by Paypal or account transfer, depending if you are company or an individual. In some countries we also offer local options for payouts to merchants.

What currencies can I use in my shop?

You can currently operate a shop using Euros (EUR). We will offer the possibility to use other currencies in the near future.

Do I need to pay taxes on my sales?

In most countries, income from Reddy is taxable income and you need to state it in your tax statement. Reddy does not send statements to any local tax authorities, you are responsible for taking care of these.

Do I need to pay duties or other fees for my Reddy purchase?

Reddy operates from EU so you do not need to pay duties if you order from within the EU. Depending on the value of your purchase you might be responsible for duties or other fees if you are located outside the EU.

Can I close my shop if I want to?

Yes, you can. You can close your shop whenever you want, no questions asked.

How do I add products to my shop?

We have tried to make adding products as simple as possible. Log in to your account here and follow the instructions.

Can I open more than one Reddy shop?

Yes, you can! The only limitation is that you will need to use a different email address when setting up each of your shops. The email address is your shop's admin username.

Where is Reddy available?

Reddy is available globally. It does not matter where you are located, you can start a business selling goods anywhere in the world.

How does Reddy deliver the ordered products?

Reddy delivers the orders using different courier services such as GSL and DHL Express, depending on the country. In some countries we also use local couriers.

Can I decide the prices for the products I am selling?

Yes! You, the retailer, always decide the end-user prices for the products. You can see examples of Reddy product prices and calculate your profit here.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Reddy manufactures and ships products normally within 3 days of an order (weekdays). The delivery times vary from country to country - here are estimated delivery windows: Europe 1-2 days, North America 1-2 days, Rest of the world 2-3 days. Please note that the delivery times do not include the time a package possibly stays in customs.

Can I customize my shop?

Yes, you can! You can change the logo of your shop in shop settings. In the near future we will offer the possibility for further customization.

What will be the web address of my shop?

You can choose the address yourself; it will be in the format reddyshop.co/yourchoice. Please note that the address must be four characters or more.
